I find it amazing how people will call 911 and when the operator picks up they just hang up the phone. The police show up to make sure everything is okay and after a few trips to the same location for false alarm they start to get frustrated and talk about giving fines. I found a SQL command you can run on the publisher to find what users have dialed numbers containing 911. This has worked for me on narrowing down suspects many times and hopefully resolve the issue. Just SSH to the publisher and copy and paste this command:
run sql car select callingpartynumber,origdevicename,finalcalledpartynumber from tbl_billing_data where finalcalledpartynumber like \’%911\’
